Throughout these Terms, "we", "us", "our", "Lureto Concept", and "Afantrous zorg" refer to the business operating this webshop.
"Customer", "you", and "your" refer to any person accessing our website or purchasing products from us.
2. Scope of These Terms
These Terms apply to all offers, orders, purchases, and agreements made through our webshop.
By placing an order through our webshop, you confirm that you have read and accepted these Terms of Service.
If you are a consumer, nothing in these Terms is intended to limit any mandatory consumer rights that apply to you under the laws of your country of residence.
3. Products and Product Information
We make reasonable efforts to ensure that the information, descriptions, images, specifications, and prices displayed on our website are accurate and up to date.
However:
-
Product colours may vary slightly depending on your screen or device.
-
Product images may differ slightly from the actual product where appropriate.
-
We reserve the right to correct obvious errors, inaccuracies, or omissions on our website.
-
Product availability may change without notice.
We do not guarantee that every product displayed on the website will always be available.
4. Prices
All prices are displayed on the website in the applicable currency.
Unless otherwise stated, prices include applicable VAT where required by law.
Shipping and other additional charges, if applicable, will be clearly indicated before you complete your purchase.
For customers purchasing from outside the European Union, additional import duties, customs charges, taxes, or other fees may apply. Such charges are generally the responsibility of the customer unless otherwise stated at checkout.
5. Orders and Contract Formation
When you place an order through our webshop, you are making an offer to purchase the products selected by you.
After placing an order, you will receive an order confirmation by email. This confirmation acknowledges that we have received your order; it does not necessarily mean that the order has been accepted.
A sales contract is formed when we accept your order and confirm that the products will be shipped to you, subject to applicable consumer protection laws.
We reserve the right to refuse or cancel an order where, for example:
-
A product is unavailable.
-
There is an obvious pricing or product information error.
-
We suspect fraudulent or unlawful activity.
-
We are unable to fulfil the order for reasons outside our reasonable control.
-
There are reasonable grounds to believe that the order is intended for resale where our sales terms do not permit resale.
If we cancel an order after payment has been made, we will refund the amount paid using the original payment method where reasonably possible.
6. Payment
Payment must be completed using one of the payment methods offered during checkout.
You confirm that you are authorised to use the selected payment method.
We may use third-party payment providers to process payments. Your use of such payment services may also be subject to the provider's own terms and privacy policies.
We do not store complete payment card details on our own systems where payment processing is handled by a third-party payment provider.
7. Shipping and Delivery
We ship to the destinations made available at checkout.
Available delivery methods, estimated delivery times, and shipping costs will be displayed during the ordering process where applicable.
Delivery times are estimates unless a specific delivery date or period has been expressly agreed.
We will make reasonable efforts to dispatch orders within the stated processing time. However, delays may occur due to circumstances outside our reasonable control, including carrier delays, customs procedures, weather events, strikes, or other force majeure events.
For consumers within the European Union, mandatory statutory delivery rights continue to apply. Where no other delivery period has been agreed, EU consumer rules generally provide that goods should be delivered without undue delay and, as a general rule, no later than 30 days after the contract is concluded.
For international orders, delivery may be delayed by customs clearance or other import procedures.
8. International Orders, Customs and Import Duties
We may accept orders from countries outside the European Union.
When ordering from outside the EU, you may be responsible for:
-
Import duties;
-
Customs fees;
-
Local taxes;
-
Brokerage or clearance charges;
-
Other charges imposed by the destination country.
These charges are not controlled by Lureto Concept and may vary depending on the destination country and the products ordered.
You are responsible for ensuring that products ordered through our website may legally be imported into your country.
9. Right of Withdrawal for EU Consumers
If you are a consumer located in the European Union, you generally have a statutory right to withdraw from an online purchase within 14 days without giving a reason.
For goods, the withdrawal period generally begins on the day you, or a third party designated by you other than the carrier, physically receive the goods. If an order consists of multiple goods delivered separately, the period generally begins when the last good is received.
To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must notify us within the applicable withdrawal period.
You can contact us at:
Afantrous zorg / Lureto Concept
Oude Bennekomseweg 45
6706 ES Wageningen
The Netherlands
Email: info@lureto-concept.com
You may send us an unequivocal statement that you wish to withdraw from the purchase. You may also use the model withdrawal form provided at the end of these Terms.
You do not have to provide a reason for exercising your right of withdrawal.
Returning the Product
After notifying us of your withdrawal, you must return the product without undue delay and generally no later than 14 days after notifying us of your decision to withdraw.
Unless we have agreed otherwise or applicable law provides otherwise, you are responsible for the direct cost of returning the product.
Products should be returned in a condition that allows us to assess their nature, characteristics, and functioning.
You may handle the product to the extent necessary to determine its nature, characteristics, and functioning in the same way you would reasonably be permitted to do in a physical shop.
You may be responsible for any diminished value resulting from handling beyond what is reasonably necessary to establish the nature, characteristics, and functioning of the product.
Refunds
If you validly exercise your right of withdrawal, we will refund the payments we have received from you, including the applicable standard delivery costs.
We are not required to reimburse additional delivery costs resulting from your choice of a more expensive delivery option than the least expensive standard delivery method offered by us.
Refunds will generally be made using the same payment method used for the original transaction, unless otherwise agreed.
We may withhold the refund until we have received the returned goods or until you have provided evidence that you have returned them, whichever occurs first.
10. Exceptions to the Right of Withdrawal
The statutory right of withdrawal does not apply in circumstances where an applicable legal exception exists.
Depending on the products we sell, this may include, for example, products that:
-
Are made according to the customer's specifications or are clearly personalised;
-
Are sealed products that are not suitable for return for reasons of health protection or hygiene once the seal has been broken;
-
Are liable to deteriorate or expire rapidly; or
-
Fall under another statutory exception to the right of withdrawal.
Where an exception applies to a particular product, this will be communicated to you before or at the time of purchase as required by applicable law.
11. Faulty or Defective Products
We are responsible for ensuring that products comply with the applicable statutory requirements.
If a product is defective, damaged, does not conform to the agreement, or does not have the characteristics you could reasonably expect, please contact us at info@ l ureto-concept.com as soon as reasonably possible.
Consumers in the EU generally benefit from a minimum two-year legal guarantee for goods that are faulty or do not conform to the contract, subject to applicable national rules and exceptions.
Your statutory consumer rights are not affected by any voluntary warranty we may offer.
12. Returns and Exchanges
Returns made under the statutory right of withdrawal are handled in accordance with Section 9 of these Terms.
Any additional voluntary return or exchange policy offered by Lureto Concept is subject to the specific conditions communicated on our website or at the time of purchase.
Nothing in a voluntary return or exchange policy limits your statutory consumer rights.
13. Promotions, Discounts and Offers
From time to time, we may offer discounts, promotional codes, sales, or other special offers.
Unless expressly stated otherwise:
-
Promotional codes cannot be exchanged for cash.
-
Promotional codes cannot be combined with other promotions.
-
Promotions are subject to their stated conditions and validity period.
-
Promotions may be limited to certain products, customers, countries, or order values.
-
We reserve the right to correct obvious errors in promotional pricing.
Any specific terms communicated with a promotion will take precedence over these general provisions where applicable.
14. Intellectual Property
All content on the Lureto Concept website, including but not limited to text, logos, graphics, photographs, product images, designs, videos, layout, trademarks, and other materials, is owned by or licensed to Lureto Concept unless otherwise stated.
You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, publish, sell, or commercially exploit our content without our prior written permission, except where permitted by applicable law.

-
To introduce malicious software or harmful code;
-
To gain unauthorised access to systems or data;
-
To infringe the rights of Lureto Concept or third parties.
We reserve the right to restrict or terminate access to our website where reasonably necessary to protect our business, website, customers, or third parties.
16. Third-Party Services and Links
Our website may use or link to third-party services, websites, payment providers, delivery providers, social media platforms, or other external services.
We are not responsible for the content, availability, security, or practices of third-party websites or services.
Your use of third-party services may be subject to their own terms and conditions and privacy policies.
17. Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Lureto Concept shall not be liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from the use of our website or products.
Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability where such exclusion or limitation is prohibited by law.
Nothing in these Terms limits your statutory consumer rights or any other rights that cannot legally be excluded or limited.
Where we are liable under mandatory applicable law, our liability will be determined in accordance with that law.
18. Force Majeure
We are not responsible for delays or failures to perform our obligations where such delay or failure results from circumstances beyond our reasonable control.
Such circumstances may include, among other things:
-
Natural disasters;
-
War or civil unrest;
-
Government measures;
-
Strikes;
-
Transport disruptions;
-
Significant supply chain disruptions;
-
Power or telecommunications failures;
-
Cybersecurity incidents;
-
Epidemics or pandemics; or
-
Failures of third-party service providers.
Where reasonably possible, we will inform affected customers and take reasonable steps to minimise the impact.
19. Privacy
We process personal information in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
Our Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, store, and protect personal data and how you can exercise your rights under applicable data protection laws.
20. Applicable Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Netherlands, without prejudice to any mandatory consumer protection provisions that apply in the country where a consumer is habitually resident.
If you are a consumer residing in another EU or EEA country, you retain any mandatory rights and protections granted to you under applicable law.
Nothing in this section deprives consumers of protections that cannot legally be excluded by agreement.
21. Disputes
We encourage customers to contact us first so that we can try to resolve any complaint or dispute directly.
You can contact us at:
For EU consumers, mandatory consumer dispute-resolution rights and any applicable alternative dispute-resolution mechanisms remain unaffected by these Terms.
If a dispute cannot be resolved amicably, it may be submitted to the competent court in accordance with applicable law and mandatory jurisdiction rules.
22. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time to reflect changes in our business, website, products, legal requirements, or services.
The version published on our website will apply to purchases made after the updated Terms become effective.
The Terms applicable to an order are those in effect at the time the order is placed, subject to mandatory legal requirements.
23. Severability
If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid, unlawful, or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will remain in full force and effect.
The invalid provision will be interpreted or replaced to the extent necessary to achieve its intended purpose while complying with applicable law.
