Shipping is always free on orders placed through the Lureto Concept webshop.
There are no additional standard shipping charges at checkout.

Orders placed during weekends, public holidays, or periods of exceptionally high order volume may take slightly longer to process.
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email where applicable.

Please note that tracking information may take some time to become active after the package has been handed over to the carrier.

Please provide your order number and, where applicable, photographs of any visible damage to the package or product.
We will work with the relevant carrier to investigate the issue and determine the appropriate solution in accordance with applicable law.
