At Lureto Concept, we want you to be happy with your purchase. If you are not completely satisfied with your order, you can return eligible products within 30 days of receiving your order, free of charge.

You have 30 days from the date you receive your order to request a return.
Our 30-day return policy is available to customers worldwide, subject to the exclusions and conditions described below.
Return shipping is free for eligible returns made within the 30-day return period.
You do not need to provide a reason for returning a product under our 30-day return policy.

To be eligible for a return, the product should:

If a product has been used or handled beyond what is reasonably necessary for inspection, we may be entitled to deduct an amount reflecting any resulting diminished value, where permitted by applicable law.

We will provide you with the necessary return instructions and, where applicable, a prepaid return shipping label.
Please do not send products back to the address on your order confirmation unless we have specifically instructed you to do so.
4. Free Return Shipping
For eligible returns requested within our 30-day return period, Lureto Concept will cover the cost of return shipping.
Where we provide a prepaid return label, please use the label and return method provided by us.
If you arrange your own return shipment without first contacting us, we may not be able to reimburse the shipping costs unless this is required by applicable law.
5. Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your returned product, we will process your refund.
Approved refunds will generally be issued to the original payment method.
Please allow some additional time for your payment provider or bank to process the refund.
If the returned product does not meet the applicable return conditions, we may contact you before processing the refund.
6. Original Shipping Costs
For returns made under our voluntary 30-day return policy after the statutory withdrawal period has expired, the original shipping costs are not refundable unless otherwise stated.
For EU consumers exercising their statutory right of withdrawal within the applicable withdrawal period, mandatory consumer protection rules apply. Where required by law, we will refund the applicable standard delivery costs.
7. Exchanges
We currently do not guarantee direct exchanges.
If you would like a different size, colour, model, or product, we may recommend returning the original product for a refund and placing a new order.

8. Damaged, Defective or Incorrect Products
If you receive a product that is:

Defective;

Incorrect; or

Different from what you ordered,

Please include your order number and, where appropriate, photographs showing the issue.
We will assess the issue and provide an appropriate solution in accordance with applicable consumer protection laws.
Your statutory rights regarding defective or non-conforming products are not affected by this Return Policy.
9. Products That Cannot Be Returned
Certain products may not be eligible for return where permitted by applicable law.
This may include products that:

Are sealed products that are unsuitable for return for health or hygiene reasons once the seal has been broken;

10. EU Consumers and Statutory Right of Withdrawal
If you are a consumer in the European Union, your statutory right of withdrawal is separate from our voluntary 30-day return policy.

Our 30-day return policy provides an additional period beyond this statutory right, subject to the conditions described in this policy.
